I just checked the status with the USCIS website and it says that the K-1 petition was approved on Nov. 12, 2008. I wonder why USCIS did not email me on the approval. Anyway, they are mailing the Notice of Approval to my fiance in California. Good heavens, we are so excited. :star: :star:

hi.

we got approved on nov. 10, 08. i dont think we will get any emails. but theres always the website we can check. our fiances get the approval on the mail and i dont think we get any - mail or email. even if we clicked on the update email think on the uscis website. they dont notify us - only the petitioner.

csc has been keeping its promises lately and so far they are on time. but they messed us up with the rfe.

i hope our fiances get the approval in the mail. its been good lately as what ive read from other posts.

lets keep our hopes up and keep praying.

good luck to us all. God bless.
