Hi guys, unfortunately, my so called fiance just used me to get here. She said that she would just pay me to help her stay here. This got me so mad, is there anyway for me to get her banned from ever coming back here to the states? I'm going thru the worst times of my life right now and I would appreciate any help.

R u already married? For all I know, the K1 visa holder cannot adjust status unless she/he marries her/his petitioner within 90 days of arrival here in the US. You can call immigration, you can have her deported.

No we are not married. I was just wondering if there is something I can do so she cannot come back to this country ever again. She screwed me over so bad.

Well, I found some info on a lawyer's site some days ago that said the best thing to do would be just to move on with your life. Send her back to her country. The lawyer said that you can turn them in to INS but cautioned that this could also cause you to be investigated for fraud as well even though you knew nothing about her/his motives until later on. This is just what I read.

No...immigration is not going to bother w/ said fiancee to deport her, at least not at this time.

OP, if she is here, and you are not yet married...buy her a return plane ticket(if she came w/ a one way ticket) and send her back home. As a K-1 visa holder, she has no other option to adjust her status, she must either marry you or return to her home country.

If you fiancee chooses to not return home, and overstays her K-1 visa, submit a letter to USCIS, referencing your original I-129 petition #, and state that you've split up from the beneficiary and against your advice she's chosen to overstay her visa.

There is not much more that you can do. The moment she overstays her visa she begins accruing overstay time and depending on how long she stays over the allowed time, she may even ban herself right out of the US for good.

Hopefully you'll be able to move on from this bad experience soon.

well she's really fake,!i am also pinay but i hate people using other people for their own interest,now i am here in US for my husband and to build up family...

my husband is just so lucky to have me i guess...lol

so this is my advice, since u applied for k1 visa don't marry her and she will be back in the philippine wiether she likes it or not....

and if u feel inlove with her ,then forget about it !she is not worth it!! SHE IS A USER!!!!!!!!!!!!! and she dont deserve for ur love......

and wow she must be rich and she gonna pay u????? ,

anyway she can migrate by her own if she thinks she's rich.........or if she's a professional

she can use her profession to be here.....
