Change. That's all I read about, people wanting change.

I hope that is what they want. It's what's going to be left in your pockets if some of these fabulous election promises are enacted. Change. And small change at that.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

ELATED!!

I agree with the previous poster that the Constitution is much safer under Obama than under the bellicose, oligarchical sociopaths who have been ruling the country for the past 8 years.

And I'm not saying it's fair or just, but all of the negative feelings our right-wing countrymen are feeling right now... well, just roll them all into a huge nasty ball of YUCK and that's how I've felt for the past 8 years. And then, get over it and roll up your sleeves and help clean up the mess of the last 8 years.

Today I feel like I got my country back, and it feels GREAT!

Obama and his chosen advisors have a huge task ahead, but I do believe he will pick some very capable people to help him accomplish this.

I am really happy and proud to know that an intelligent, classy, eloquent, thoughtful, inspiring, motivated, principled, and did I say intelligent human being will be leading this country forward, and that he has such enthusiastic support from the younger voters, who will be inheriting whatever he can salvage from the wreck of the last 8 years. And the positive reaction of the greater international community is heartening, too. Thank goodness we can hold our heads up once again.

Blessings on Obama and his beautiful family.

Nervous. Obama already slipped in a word or two in his acceptance speech, that *some* of his promises will take "more than a year, possibly more than a term" to realise. I just hope that the "change" he and his supporters were all rooting for wasn't simply that America has now welcomed its first African-American president. So far, that is all I see that is a guarantee.

Same things were said during the campaign trail. I think most voters are well aware that you can't deliver things that take time to complete overnight.

Feel great. We've taken a huge step forward as a nation to leave the past behind.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Why are so many people so misinformed?
