What exactly is the query? The form simply asks for all her immediate relatives. With regard to the column entitled "US Entry date" simply answer N/A or not applicable if they have not been to the US.

Thank you Jose, but is it her relatives or mine she needs to submit on this ? That was my query on the subject, sorry about that. :bonk:

This is information the foreign beneficiary needs to complete on his/her relatives (they're not asking about the USC's relatives). :thumbs:
