I have a question: Do both of us, my husband (the USC) and me need to fill up form G325a? What other forms does he need to provide aside from affidavit of support. We are in the process of compiling all the forms and hopefully we can submit the forms by 2nd week of November.

Another question, does the affidavit of support need to be notarized?

Thank you very much for your reply.

In my AOS application I was the only one who filled out the G325A form. The Affidavit of Support or form I-864 was the only form my husband provided and it doesn't have to be notarized. Good luck

If you married within the 90 days, K1 holders need no I-130.

In my experience both the immigrant and the USC have to fill out G-325a forms. During our interview we were made to fill out new G-325a because the IO thought it was missing but she later found them. So I think yes for both of you. No harm filling both out anyways..

About the affidavit of support- it does not need to be notarized but needs to have all supporting document with it and when going to the interview you will need to bring along recent paystubs

best of luck
