Hi,

Is it considered a touch simply when the date changes on case number on your portfolio page?

Thanks,

Zak

Thanks,

That is what I thought. I wish USCIS would touch us more often. We are feeling neglected. Nothing since September 8

My wife waited six weeks for her NOA1, let alone any "touches"... Our case went active on CRIS 3 months after filing...

YMMV

We only had one touch though the whole process, the day after they sent the biometrics letter. IMHO, it's not worth stressing over, as no touches obviously doesn't necessarily mean nothing is happening.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18

Yep, they are all correct! Some people get theirs updated every time their case is worked on, others don't!

Just like with everything else USCIS it is not a reliable source to check status for most
