I am curious if there anyone else who is not able to get any automated telephone updates on their case number. The automated system still says that there is no record of our case number even after submitting all of our documents. Its weird. How will we be able to get status updates besides trying to speak with an operator?

The same thing is happening to my case. I spoke to an operator and got my case number on 10/14. I have been trying since then, I keep receiving the same "no record ..." message. I asked an operator about it, she said this is normal, and they are processing it! I guess this is our only way to get any updates. good luck!

  • I-130 SENT 2-19
  • NOA1 RECEIVED 3-03
  • I-129F SENT 3-14
  • NOA1 RECEIVED 3-21
  • NOA2 RECEIVED 10-11
  • NVC CASE COMPLETE 11-21

Yep my case is at NVC for about 3 weeks now and still nothing on the AVR. When I spoke to the operator the first time she told me that it just happens and yes they have my case. So I agree just hit 5 and talk to someone.

same here, case completed and interview schedualed, but AVR has "no record" of our case...speaking with an operator, may be a pain to do, is best to get a more up to date status on your case AND to act quickly on any RFEs

Isn't that weird? I have to say the AVR doesn't work for my case number either.
