does anyone know how we can check? and any other subsequent follow ups?

Dec 21 2007 Sent Form I-129F to CSC
Dec 24 2007 Packet received at CSC
Dec 31 2007 NOA 1 received
Jan 02 2008 Check cashed
May 05 2008 NOA2
May 12 2008 Received letter from NVC MNL2008xxxxxx
May 19 2008 Paid Delbros fee at Metrobank
May 20 2008 First day of medical
May 21 2008 Told to return for sputum test
May 21 2008 Delbros confirmed receiving payment
May 27 2008 Delbros sent proof of payment to USEM
May 27,28,29 2008 Sputum test done
June 6 2008 Delbros sent doc ver request to the NSO

Your first indication will be when your check clears your bank. Your receipt number (if you can read the dam thing) will be stamped on the back of your check. Your NOA1 should arrive pretty shortly after your check clears.

A good thing to do, however, in future filings, is to go ahead and pay the post office for the tracking and return service option where you can see when your package is delivered and who signed for it. We did that for both petitions and the I485 package so we knew exactly when it was received.

Mailing anything to the USCIS as certified mail is the best thing to do, that way you can check online when the package was received.

For now, you're going to have to wait until they cash your check.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS Send your stuff to USCIS with something you can track it with! Priority mail, fedex, or ups will work just fine, as long as they have to sign for it.

AOS Process

May 29th 2008- AOS/EAD/I-130 Sent to Chicaogo Lock Box sent via Overnight Delivery

June 6th - Both checks cashed!!

June 25th - Biometrics appointment

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!
