I really can't believe there are two more packets I have to wait for in the mail!? Can anyone tell me what is in them? It seems as if they already know EVERYTHING there is to know!!! My husband has a delay in his certificate of good conduct to boot, the court seems to have lost a police report that he needs to provide so he can get the dang thing, :bonk: and he said they took his number and would call when they found it! What if they dont?!?!?! :help: WHY oh WHY does this process have to be soooooo difficult?!--In any case, if anyone could give me a heads up on packet 3 and 4 from the NVC, that would be FANTASTIC, and GREATLY APPRECIATED! Talk to you soon!-Amy

Your case has moved the fastest I have ever seen. Congratulations for that! I wish I saw more people move that quickly. As for the packet, there is just the one where you send the DS-230 in with all required documents. The other packet you hear about is the appointment letter with instructions for what to do to prepare for that interview (so nothing to worry about). It looks like your doing fine. Good luck!

WOW ARALB... your timelines is amazing.

You applied couple of weeks after me and you are already approved and well ahead in the NVC process. while my case is still stuck at VSC with no chances of getting approved in the near future.

You never know... I heard that there have been a lot of cases going from VSC to CSC- who seem to know what they are doing and can get things going rather quickly for you! I am grateful to them for their speed and accuracy. Also I have been getting legal advise from an immigration attorney, and looking at all of the threads I can and getting help from those who have been there!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!

My worry now it this certificate of good conduct business! I HOPE my husband can get all he needs so that we can get the dang thing done!

I know it's hard-VERY hard to be away from teh one y ou love! It has been a struggle for me, and oddly enough, it has only been about two months since I last saw my hubby! while I know it has been much much longer for others. I also know that my last trip will be the last time I see him till he is here, and so I am trying to keep the process going! -- Pray we don't get any rfe's and things keep moving, as I will pray you get passed thru to nvc and will be with your love quickly! --- Much love- Always smilin' :star: -Amy
