Just before i came in here (USA) my husband paid a $70x3,me and my 2kids and another payment of $400.

Now,our biggest concern is what are the payments basically on AOS since we are planning on doing our AOS after our 2yrs anniversary this Feb 2009.

Could anyone in here, could tell me what the payments are, what to be paid or do we have to pay each one of us?This whole AOS fees is quite not a pleasant thing to do.Problem with this governement, they tell us the fees one each at a time which is a frustrating procedure coz that doesn't give us the time to save up some money.I mean,no matter what,we still have to pay this fees in order to get us moving here in America..just a bit of a shocking to find this whole fees thing.Anyway,it would be much appreciated if someone could follow up with me in regards with the fees.Thanks.

If you file AOS together with the kids, it will cost $1010 for you, and the kids are $600 each if under 14 years old. If over 14 years old, it will also be $1010 for each kid over 14.

1010+600+600 = $2210, if both kids are under 14

1010+1010+600 = $2620, if one is under 14 and one over 14

1010+1010+1010 = $3030, if both kids are over 14

And if the children are under 14, the fees will be even higher if you decide to not file all together at the same time as your AOS application as $600 becomes $930
