I see that so many people said AVR is not updated at NVC stage. I do not blame NVC for that. Look at us, either we send DS 3032 via E-mail or next day. We pay AOS & IV fee online. We send AOS & IV package next day. (We still call them so many times specially to get IIN.):rofl:

They overburn with work. But still they do good job. They process paperwork unlink USCIS. So, I don't care if they not updating AVR as long as process on case moves. Just my thought.

What u guys think? Do u want update on AVR and go process little slow or do not care about update on AVR and keep process moving?

VJers are a VERY small amount of the people in the US Visa Nightmare.

VJers are smart enough to use the power of the internet to locate, create, and share information about the US Visa Nightmare.

We may not be the chosen ones...but we deserve the ability to move forward in the process as efficiently as we can (sending emails, lots of calls, and online payments).

It's kind of like Darwinism...survival of the fittest.

Again, because we are such a small percentage of people in the system, we really shouldn't be bogging down the system.

Sure we annoy a few operators and such...but they should be looking at us as customers, and not as problems.

Instead of them complaining about us calling, they should be complaining about their own systems and how to streamline them.

VJers are not the problem....we are the solution.

I do blame NVC for having a system that provides misleading information. In my case the AVR still says it has no record of my petition and yet I have already paid both the AOS and IV fee. We at VJ know the AVR doesn’t work and ask for a live rep. I wonder how many people out there are having many sleepless nights thinking their papers are lost due the AVR providing inaccurate information.

The fact that they have a lot of work or that we call a lot has nothing to do with this. It is a system problem; not a people problem. One part of their system is clearly correct because when you talk to a live agent you get accurate information and that agent is looking at the system. The programmers and Information Technology people responsible for updating the AVR database are not doing a good job and evidently interfaces from one system to the other are not working. It has nothing to do with the people on the frontlines processing paperwork; they don’t sit there and manually update the AVR.

Having said this, I love NVC compared to USCIS. At least NVC works on their petition and with introduction of systems like the AVR, email support, and the online payment system, they are doing a great thing to improve the process, improve turnaround time, and save money. They just need a little bit of help to get this AVR running well. But altogether I give them a B for overall performance.
