There is a regional forum specifically for PI discussion. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=129

Evidence of marriageability is a requirement for K-1, it is for fiancees, so the fiancee need to be free to marry, so if married before record of divorce or annulment will be required.

This can come up in background checks, and if you were not free to marry and you did use a K-1 to enter the USA and got married with out first getting divorced or annulled, this is VISA Fraud, and is considered misrepresentation, if it were ever to come to light, it will result in deportation, and can even result in revocation of US citizenship if it went as far as naturalization.

Checking on pinays previous marriages is one of the main things USEM does as it's difficult and expensive to get annulments in the Philippines. Document verification of CENOMARs is pretty much standard procedure now.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
