I'm sure someone will follow this up, but you are definitely going to need to submit whatever it is they ask for on your I864. Each Consulate is different so I can't speak to yours.

However, we were asked for all 3 years' tax returns when I went for my interview in Canada, but our Consulate required the I134.

Is there a valid reason why you can't submit copies of your tax returns?

I'm filing out the I-864 form for the Adjustment Of Status (AOS). I wanted to see if anyone else on here has ever submitted there W-2 for this application. Basically I do not have a complete record of my tax return because several time I did my tax return via the internet and do not have the backup.

I actually filed the I-134 form for my fiancee interview for her K-1 visa and I did include my W-2 forms.

Also, for my piece of mine......can someone please tell me what are the required immunization shot that you need to have when filing your Adjustment of Status paper. My wife received her immunization shot at the time of the Medical Exam but I just want to make sure she received all the shots that she needs.

THanks Again everyone!!!!

Ok gotchya now, short answer-yes you need to include your W2's and tax returns. Just your W2's means nothing, so they want to see the full return.

As for Immunizations, if your wife had them done prior to coming here, then she is up to date. Did you get a copy of the form the Dr. signed saying she was up to date? You'll need your 693A, Vaccination Suppliment, to submit with AOS anyways.

I'm sure she's all up to date if it was checked out before she even arrived. Get a copy from the Doctor who gave her the shots.

That's my advice. Hope is helps.
