At frist, thanks in advance to all of you ,and i received an email about my case say that : " Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing"CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER" On June 23, 2008 ..then i received an email saying "we transferred it to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case" On September 23, 2008, and my question is: Is there any body had the same email ? Will there be an interview? What is the meaning of "NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location " ?thanks to every body

hi everybody this is the news :This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. i don't know is that a good news or ...? ooh by the way , what is the mean of " pending" ? is that means no Interview ?

It means that they are working on your case and no decision has been made. You will probably get your interview letter, check timeline for your local office so you'll know when to expect your letter. Good luck!

Cases transferred to CSC are usually approved without an interview. It appears CSC has determined they won't approve without interview so have sent the case back to NBC where all the other AOS cases are initially processed. In all likelyhood it will be transferred to your local office and you'll have an interview. There may also be an RFE.
