Do we need additional X-rays for the AOS? And a CAT scan? :o

No, Marie-Ann - Wes has asthma, and we are getting his treatment regimin established here. His GP wanted an x-ray here and they have seen a 'shadow' on it. We are waiting for results.

Receipt date march, 30, 2005

Approval notice July 1, 2005

Case # change NVC July 21, 2005

Lawyer recieved fee bills Aug 9, 2005

Filed I-129f March 23, 2005

receipt date April 7, 2005

Approved july 5, 2005

Recieved packet from london July 15th, 2005

Finally mailed packet 3 Aug 5th, 2005

Medical appointment Aug. 13th, 2005

Interview date Sep. 2, 2005 Approved!!

Visa in hand sep. 3, 2005

May 17th,2005 Notice date on NOA 1

May 21st,2005 Received NOA 1 in Snail mail today from CSC

June 21st,2005 Touched

July 6,2005 RFE in Email

July 11th,2005 Recieved RFE in snail mail

July 11th,2005 Sent RFE To Cali

July 12th,2005 RFE Delivered to Cali

July 19th,2005 Touched

July 25th,2005 NOA 2!!!! :) (Snailmail)

July 28th,2005 3rd trip to Peru

Aug 4th,2005 Came back from Peru notice was in mail the letter itself was dated July 28,2005

Aug 31st,2005 Recieved packet 3

Sept 24th, Going to see my lover and interview flight 1 AM

Sept 26,2005 Interview Day WoooHoooo!!!!

Sept 26,2005 Visa Approved!!!!

October 2,2005 We are together in the States :)

12th October 2004: I-129F submitted Nebraska

25th October 2004: NOA1 (120-180 days for processing)

21st January 2005: NOA2

10th February 2005: Packet 3 from London and Honey arrives from WI!

21st February 2005: Packet 3 returned

18th April 2005: Packet 4 arrives interview on 3rd May!

25th April 2005: Medical in Birmingham

27th April 2005: Results from Medical - All clear!!!

3rd May 2005: Interview London - APPROVED!

4th May 2005 - Passport back with visa

6th May 2005 House sale exchanged, flights booked, notice given at work!! (WOW what a DAY!!!!)

3rd June 2005 Fly to WI - I love you honey xx

18th June 2005 - Got married - words can't describe what an amazing day this was...

20th July 2005 - Finally filed AOS and EAD paperwork

27th July 2005 NOA recieved for AOS and EAD

30th September 2005 EAD touched

1st October 2005 EAD touched

24th October INFOPASS appointment - Found out EAD was approved on 30th September, just have to wait for damn Biometrics letter still and hopefully then EAD will be on its way!

3rd November 2005 - EAD Biometrics appointment letter

3rd November 2005 - AOS transferred to california

4th November 2005 - AOS touched

7th November 2005 - AOS touched

23rd November 2005 - AOS Biometrics appoinment

4th January 2006 - Biometrics AOS

21st - 25th January 2006 - Lots of touches, and online status disappears for EAD!!

28th January 2006 - 'WELCOME TO AMERICA' Woohooo I got my letter!!!!!

05/29/2007 - Sent package to NSC

05/31/2007 - Package received by NSC

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received

congrats!!!!!!! im very psyched to hear this... we filed in dec and have been quite disillusioned with seeing that april 05 date on the processing time site...

best of luck and let us all know how it goes... and show us some pics from your scrapbook when you finish ;)
