for everybody who will have interview on OCT.

have you received Interview appoitment mail???

I havent received it yet , neither my husband.

what about you??????

I was informed that I have to bring those appoitment interview letter to have medical check test and vaccination.

Is it true? or only in Hungary?

I don't have my Interview Appointment Letter yet, even my husband in the US haven't receive his copy yet. We are scheduled on Oct.23, interview. The NVC told my husband that it would take 2-4weeks to receive the copy, but of course the Petitioner in the US will receive his copy ahead of us.

Yes we do need to show the appointment letter during the Medical & interview, but it is also ok to print the appointment shown in your embassy website,where you need to enter your case # to retreive it. Our Petitioner can email it also to us & we can print it & use this during medical & interview, just in case the mailed Letter will be delayed.

Yes sis, i have here a copy of my friend's apointment letter which i photocopied & it looks like this:

Your Name & Address

Dear ____________:

The enclosed information pertains to Your Name interest in immigrating to the USA. The NVC has completed its processing of Your Name petition, case number MNLxxxxxxx, and forwarded it to the American Embassy/Consulate in Manila...

The other names of applicants, like for example your kids will appear on the next page under the Travelling Applicants, & on the other pages that follows.only the Primary applicant's name appear on the Letter.

yap it is true you need your appointment letter..but if you want to have your early medical you can do it..

just print your appointment schedule in the USE website just type your case number,if you appointment schedule was already post there then you can do your early medical if you want..just present it to the guard in st lukes and bring 2 copy of visa picture..

Same with me divi, we can't access it yet from the Embassy's website bcoz they haven't yet receive our Documents from the NVC, may be bcoz the NVC haven't yet mailed them the documents.may be next week, it's on the Embassy's system already..let's give it a try.

I called NVC regarding that and she said that they are mailing it out this week and we should receive it soon.

Our letters were amiled out ont he 3rd of September and i recieved it Last Saturday13th, and my husband recieved it about 5 days before me.

I had my medical way back in July and managed to book it without interview set.

I just called NVC when I knew the case had been sent and they had already scheduled inteview date and she adivsed me of the date - this of course was for a CR1 for UK and they schedule before sending is what I have been told and that fact held true -they wont send until the date is written in the embassy's "WELCOME TO YOUR LAST STEP AFTER THE HELL YOU HAVE GONE THRU"

My husband is schedule for interview on Oct 9, 2008. When I checked my mailbox today. I got big white envelope from NVC...that is my husband's appointment letter.. I will probably fax it to my husband in Manila. I'm afraid he might get his appointmentt letter after his interview.

I hope by end of this week or beginning of next week my husband's in the US will receive it, then he can scan and email me for medical check up and vaccination. but if I wait the original appoitment letter coming to Hungary may be it will take 3 weeks.

hey everyone.

I just wanted to join in on this thread so that I could be sure to hear when folks start receiving the interview letter. Like many of you, my husband can't schedule his medical interview until he has the letter in hand so I'm anxiously awaiting it so that I too can scan and email it to him. When i called NVC yesterday they said that they mailed me the letter the same day that they scheduled the interview--Monday Sept 15th.
