Sept 10 2007 I-130 filer...still waiting at VSC

I am about to cry now....The current date for I-130 i checked today is Nov 26, 2007. My priority date is sept 10, 2007. I havent had a single touch. Why do I always get short end of the stick in life? I have been so sick of USCIS that my hands become cold and numb every time I goto their web site to check my app status....just to find that my case "hase been received and pending". :crying: Pretty soon I will write my own obituary on this forum and fax a copy to USCIS for making people like us wait apart from spouse for no reason. :crying:

You are past current processing times so you have to call USCIS and COMPLAIN!!!!

I am going to call them tomorrow morning. Came home late and they are closed for now....The most disconcerting thing is I called them about the same date last month to complain, but my application didnot indicate a touch. :(

I called today...the rep said asked for notice date, which is JAN 24, 2008, and then said the nov 26 2007 has to read this date to consider my app out of processing date. I then told her received date on my app is sept 10, so i thought thats the date you went by. She said sorry and she seemed confused. she took down my data and filed for out of processing date request. Said to wait another 45 days :(

Dont know if this will make you feel better but two of my mates from VJ who are August and September filers from 2007 just got approved this week- one had intervention tho from Congress person - but looks like they may be cleaning up the files that were stacked in the bin (aka brit term for garbage can).

Produke I’m also a September filer of 2007, but my case was transferred To CSC ending of August 2008.

You should definitely contact your congressmen/women

I had some sort of movement, speaking of the transfer, yet I’m still stressed that there is no approval. Can imagine what stress level you are on with no movement.

I actually wrote a letter just yesterday to my congressman you should give it a shot also.

You never know.

USCIS Is to busy sucking on big donkey balls rather then getting September Cases done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a very good US citizen and will bend over to it straight....I will go to my congressman's office (again) at the end of my 45 days....at least will have reason to complain. The congressman people would have also complained and uscis would have given them 45 days. I went to congress man back in march and they told me to come back in december if i dont hear anything from uscis by then :unsure:

My case still hasnt been touched since my complant. Laweyer said USCIS has mind of its own, and even if i complain, they wont budge.

I have decided to go back to pak to meet my wife. She wont be coming till next summer or end of next year...may be sometime in mylifetime....

You should write your congress people now and keep bugging them until you get some kind of response. I would also keep bugging VSC. I am sorry about your situation because it has been a long journey for many of us here. Then once done there there in NVC and once done there you have to wait again for an interview. This whole process of doing things right sucks for all of us. HANG IN there!!!
