Hi i have questions about the ds-3032, is it possible for me to complete my husbands ds-3032 and email it for him. does it have to come from his email address in ghana, or can i send it from mine in the USA. he's not good at typing, and i know he would not use the template correctly.

2. when should he request his police report. im basically at the NOA1 stage, however, im getting all my docs ready, and trying to get his together as well. ghana does everything at a"DONT WORRY, NO PROBLEM PACE" it could take months.

3. im noticing from other post, that its taking about 6-8 months for NOA2. at what point should i tell him to order his police report. thanks so much.
