hi to all...i need some help about all other names used ....im not married before but i change my first name do i need to put my old name in that category or no need na...we are just starting to gather data's i hope someone will help us...

u know thats a great question and im not sure of the answer so this is just a guess on my part .........if u urself changed ur name and it was not changed as an infant because of adoption it means i think anyways that at some point u used ur other name legally in school or for bill so yes i believe that u do have to put it down when explanation that u had it legally changed to what it is now then again i could be all wrong but thats what i would do

If you changed your name, you first used another, so list the other name you used.
