2009-08-25: Received card in the mail

Wow! ICE agents took you to the county jail and not an immigration detention facility? That's crazy!

K-1

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

i find it amusing they'd deport you to mexico when you're not a mexican citizen. therein lies the flaw in your story. ;)

Charles, you should know me better by now...Today ICE deports people to Mexico who are from other countries and

then ship them out of there...Now I thought that my story would shed some light to what is going on in this country....

But then, it is really only a story, just like the ones you find in the Tabloids..Believe it or not.

Oh and Thanks Charles, hope you are doing o.k.

More likely his ban from VJ has been lifted.
