we had an RFE with our DS230.. it was my carelessness and stupidity that did it. :bonk: in the part of the form where it says to write all the places lived since 16, i miscalculated the year i turned 16. so explains the RFE. it's a good thing i took steve y jesica's advise to send a signed but blank ds230 form to my husband in case there is an RFE. It was what my husby filled-out.

what we did now was to write the places i lived since my birth. i hope they won't find anything wrong with it... oh please God! i'm feeling nervous with all these.. i couldn't sleep well at night!

please pray for me you guys... i need to be with my husband soon. we have been away from each other far too long...

I wrote in the form fom since from I was born until I moved to other city.

In fact I was living in one place since I was born until I reach 16 yo.

But I made separately paper for explanation on this item .

Case complate : August 27th 2008 , Interview date will on Oct 29th 2008

Package forwarded to Local embassy : Sept 11th 2008

Package received : Sept 15th 2008

Receive interview mail : Sept 30, 2008

Medical check : Oct 1st 2008 passed

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008

K-1 visa

05 - 16 - 2007 - Sending off of my I-129F package

10 - 16 - 2007-Got NOA2 !!!!

12 - 11 - 2007 Interview date

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

Starting K3 process ......

back to the waiting game...

K-3 route

07-10-2008-I-130 sent

07-15-2008-Check cashed

07-16-2008-NOA1 at CSC

07-21-2008-Hard copy of NOA1

07-23-2008-129F sent

07-27-2008-129F received at Chicago lock box (sent by mistake there instead of CSC)..

have a question..it says where he has lived for a year.... so i didn't mention his recent change of address but now i think i will just in case even though he hasnt' been there a year.
