I was born in the US and have a US birth certificate.

What do I answer for this question?

I-129F Question #10: Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?

Yes or No

Above this I checked off birth in the US.

Also, the word Philippines does not fit in country in box 3a for my fiance. What should I do?

I'm sending all of my stuff out tomorrow!

Check the Guides for Example Forms HERE - #10 is intended for naturalized citizens.

For words/comments that do not fit - print the form (once you've completed the rest) and hand-write them in. :thumbs:

Since you checked you were born in the USA, the rest of the citizenship questions are "N/A"

Hand write the country if it doesn't fit by typing it.
