Why am I doing this?

LOL

I know nothing about taxes and #######...anyway...

I have the last three years of Nick's W-2's.

I'm seeing on the I-864 it's asking for the adjusted gross from the 1040 EZ form...what the heck is that?

Do I have to send a copy of that in or are Nick's W-2's enough?

He makes well over the 125% poverty line.

:)

What a fun day this is

Look at his tax return, and depending on what form he uses, will determine what amount you enter from his return. See below:

1040 use amount on line 22

1040A use amount on line 15

1040EZ use amount on line 4

Why doesn't he help you? :help:

Cause he works...and works hard and I'm sitting here on my butt.

Anyway... I found his 1040EZ's.

She's asking about what dollar amount to put on the form, not about sending tax returns.
