Which do people think is better to use when filing for AOS? Personal Check or Money Order? Part of me thinks that a Money Order would be better because then the money is out of the account and I cant spend it while I wait for them to cash it like using a personal check which is almost what happened when i filed for the K-1 and it took them FOREVER to cash the check.

If you don't handle your finances competently enough to use a check, do what you're comfortable with. A personal check is far easier to track because you can see when it cleared your bank.

Off topic rant. I have two long standing language pet peeves, orientated and irregardless but fast becoming my third is "could care less".

USCIS couldn't care less, about which valid form of payment you choose. Anybody who "could care less" must care.

Useless rant concluded. :innocent:

If things come up that result in you spending the same money twice, I'd question your assertion. I guess it depend how you define "competent".

Actually, you directly indicated you were likely to spend the same money twice, so there was no "question".
