Hi All,

For somebody who the case complated between August 18th till August 31th 2008.

I beleive that interview date will be assigned within this week ( 2nd week of September). Correct meif I am wrong.

My case was complated on August 27th.

How to check if our documents will be forwarded to the consulate where we will have interview.

Please give advice,

I cant get through to system without complete filling the informations.

When my husband will receve the mail from NVC regarding interview , can I use this infor for medical check and vaccination or should I wait mail from embassy ?

YES, they do assign interviews on the 2nd week of each month. my case got approved 15th of august and i'm scheduled for an october 3rd interview. they have already sent the approved documents to some local embassies worldwide. since you got approved before the monthly deadline, there may be a chance an interview was set (but this i'm not sure). try to call NVC and talk to a live operator and inquire about your case. have your NVC case number ready with petitioner and beneficiary's name and date of birth too. i knew my interview schedule when my husband informed me after he called NVC.

to check if your local embassy has recieved any documents from NVC, go to the DHL homepage and track through REFERENCE. key in: EXP 08 SEP 2008A. then press track. a list will appear then see if your country is amongst those that recieved the documents from NVC already.

I called AVR that our case was forwarded to local embassy Budapest on Sept 11th.

Finally , I know how to check on DHL track ,

but I didnt find country my case forwarded to Budapest from list of DHL .

I just wanna ask how did you know that your case was completed already? Did the NVC inform you in any way of communication like email or call? Anyway, we have submitted all the requirements to NVC last August 5 and until now never heard from NVC.

You would have to call the NVC and check the IVR. The automated system will state "Your case was completed on August XX, 2008, please allow eight weeks ..." NVC doesn't call you about that. When you call try to talk to a rep and check if it is completed and also if they have made an appointment for you. Good luck.
