Just wanted to let you know that I got an email from CRIS last Monday saying that my GC is approved and it will be mailed to me within 60 days. Finally!! :dance:

This is a good week. I started my new job on Monday too so I am happy. :D

This is a good week. I started my new job on Monday too so I am happy. :D

CONGRATS!!!! I got approved yesterday too and another touched today... hope our GC will arrive in mail soon.. congrats for having a job too, im still looking though...

09/30/08 - mailed AOS, AP and EAD thru USPS

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

Good news all around :)

I received my green card on 2/20! I'm just happy the process is finally coming to an end of sorts.

09/15/08 - NOA received

09/16/08 - Biometrics appointment for 09/30/08

09/30/08 - Biometrics completed - cases available online

11/20/08 - EAD and AP approved

11/25/08 - AP received

12/01/08 - EAD received

02/10/09 - AOS Interview - Green card approved :D

02/20/09 - Green Card received

Congratulations to those who recently got their GC's ! :thumbs:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

interview yesterday went smoothly, not expecting any emails as I still don't have any updates since september on the CRIS site

03/01/2007 - POE - JFK (L-1 Visa)

01/15/2008 - Proposed

03/15/2008 - Married

09/02/2008 - Sent AOS Package (I-130, I-485, I-693)

09/03/2008 - Received - Signed by SMITH

09/04/2008 - Checks deposited

09/10/2008 - Checks cleared ($1010 + $355)

09/12/2008 - 2 NOA's received (I-130, I-485) - Dated 09/08/08

09/16/2008 - Received notice for biometrics appointment on 09/30/2008

09/20/2008 - Biometrics done - Walk in (Orlando) Took 10 minutes

09/22/2008 - I-485 viewable online (pending, of course)

09/30/2008 - Biometrics Appointment (2pm)

12/30/2008 - Received Interview Letter

02/25/2008 - Interview

03/06/2008 - Welcome Letter received (the website will clearly never send me updates!)

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

we just checked our mailbox yesterday in my wife'd old home in long beach and saw an interesting piece of envelope. In it was the greencard! :) Thanks for all the support everyone. see ya in 21 months. :) is it?

09/15/08- Received NOA for I-485 and I-130 dated 09/12. No NOA for the I-765 yet.

09/22/08- Received Biometrics Appt for I-485. Oct. 7th

09/22/08- Recevied Biometrics Appt for I-765 Oct. 8th

09/30/08- touched (probably to determine alternate add on file)

10/07/08- i-485 Biometrics Appt code 3(done)

10/08/08- i-765 Biometrics Appt code 2(done)

10/06/08- i-130 touched

10/08/08-i-485 touched

10/09/08- i-765 touched

10/09/08- received NOA for I-765 at alternate address

6th October 2008 - Transferred to CSC

17th October 2008 - Biometrics

5th December 2008 - EAD & AP approved

20th February 2008 - GC approved

1st December 2010 - I-751 Sent (CSC)

3rd December 2010 - I-751 Received

7th December 2010 - Cheque cashed

3rd January 2011 - Biometrics

Again I will ask this question for those who already had their interviews:

Do we have to bring with us any paper from the local police department stating my husband was never arrested or detained? 0r do we just bring nothing ? :help:
