I got an email today saying mines been transferred to the CSC now (I put in a service request this time last week). Called those  up again but just got the same bad attitude with no answers to my questions. I wanted to know why it had been transferred there, can of you lovely people tell me?

I have no idea why they transfer cases to CSC. But I hope that now your file is there things are going to go faster for you and get approvals soon!!

Thanks lucie&damon. I hope they can get us all sorted out soon, I think we all deserve a break from the computer/phone/mail box! ^_^

Hi friends.

I just called USCIS to ask about my AP and EAD. It has been a week since I put in a service request....I haven't heard anything from them yet....

Yes.... They aren't approved yet....Common, I know that!!!

Damit....

I got all the information that I already have in my head: Please let us know after 90 days, so in your case, Dec. 22nd.

Daaaaaaaamn. :bonk:

Nao

Nao,

Did they tell you to make an infopass to request an expedited EAD after 90 days?

i'm thinking of setting up the appointment now, just in case... but then would that be negative, bad whammy karma?

Hi AlHayatZween.

Nope. They did not tell me to make an infopass appointment after 90 days....

They told me to simply call them.

But, I already made an infopass appointment for my EAD next Monday.

I am not sure if it helps the case processing....

But, it worths a try, right? :star:

I do not think it would be a bad whammy karma.

After 90 days, we have rights to show up at the appointment.

They have an option on their infopass screen specifically meant for people with pending EAD for over 90 days.

So, I think they already know that people show up on the appointment for that reason.

Are u gonna make an appointment?

I will definitely let you know what happened at my appointment when I come back. :star:

Thank you so much Beautiful_years! Thank you so much for always sharing this happiness! Thank you!

Beautiful_years, did you receive your EAD card already? S the notice sent by them just a letter or the card itself?

Last week i got the update on the 11th that the notice has been sent. the last time i checked the mail was friday when i got the AP and it was dated 5th from USCIS and 6th for Post office.

As for the EAD i have not checked mail yet but hopefully my husband will stop at the post office and see if its there.

We moved to our new house and i changed the address but coincidentally was same day they sent me notification mail that its been approved and sent, so i am hoping they would forward it from the old address to the new one like they did the AP.

Right now, i'm holding my heart in my mouth as i am almost scared it ll be lost! And il have to request a new one or they ll return it back to USCIS.

But my friend... non of that would prevent me from being happy for you!

Goodnews whether for me or anyones else makes me not only happy but uplifts my spirit!

Its a pleasure sharing your happiness with you....

But the question that it is still not clear for me. 90 days from NOA date?? That's what I thought it was, but apparently VJ website counts from filing. When I got approved for AP it says it's been approved in 71days, so from my filing date... I'm confused

Hi AlHayatZween.

Yea... I put a service request on Monday, 12/8 and haven't heard anything since then....

You can always cancel the infopass appointment.

So, you can make an appointment now just in case and if you get approved before the appointment date, you can simply cancel it. :star:

That is my plan. My 90th day is 12/21, so I already made an appointment for 12/22.

If my petitions get approved this week, I will cancel the appointment.

I will ask them about interim EAD, expediting EAD and send a notice to the office for processing EAD.

I will also ask them when I can expect to receive my EAD and if not, what to do next.

I hope I do not have to go to the appointment since I have to pay for parking.... Mmmmm.

It is impossible to find street parking in downtown L.A....

Let's pray that we all get great news this week.
