I'm sooooo happy, coz I was worrying about receiving EAD after my previous one expire and I would have to quit my job. Anyways, I wish you good luck for those that are waiting! I can tell that approvals should start flying in soon.

I am so nervous that changing our address is gonna screw soemthign up.

I think its better you get it changed now, i kept making my husband wait saying it might screw something up, saying the approval might be on its way already well, he secretly changed the AOS behind my back and forgot to change the EAD & AP, i discovered the day i got the notification that my EAD & AP had been approved, i asked him to check the post office if we got anything and he said he didnt change those, meanwhile for the AOS he changed, he got a notification by mail about the change of address to the new Address two days after making the online change of address, now i'm kind of messed up not knowing if the AP approval sent to me would go to the old address as i changed it same day i got notification that it had been sent and i called uscis and the lady said she wont be able to tell where it was sent that il have to wait 30days after which il request for a new one and i might have to pay for it!!!

So there is no time like now, its better it is changed before approval notice is sent than to worry as much as i am here daily!

I have a question about the EAD and the 90-day waiting period. From everyone's experience or research, do they really 'expedite' the EAD application once the 90-day period has passed? Or is it more like a service request and you're still waiting for weeks.

I have a service request put in last week for my MIA biometrics letter :P. They said I'm going to get an email about it. What will the email say? (I failed to ask the person this at the time).

I'm actually wondering the same thing too. I asked for a service request and they did it but now I realize I don't actually know what that means!!! What does happen now the 90 days is up?

Hi friends.

I also place a service request for my EAD today. :)

A nice lady answered my call. :star: Though I thought we count days from the notice date on NOA1, she told me that I can count it from the received date. So, I am technically outside of 75-day waiting period.

She told me that they are going to contact me within the next 45 days. I placed a service request once before and they sent me an e-mail explaining the situation in about a week. So, I think, in this case, they will either approve our petition or e-mail us "lame excuse."

good luck all on your interviews. Let the approvals roll in. We will you all good luck.

Also I called USCIS today and put in a service request as she also told me that I should go from the date received date on our NOA. So with that I am at 80days and no update on my EAD or AP so she put in a service request for me and told us they will contact us so I hope they really do look into it, I want my EADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

congrats on all that got the approvals today. Hope all september filers will get a happy christmas present from USCIS.
