hello all,

I was wondering from which date do you guys calculate the 75/90 days. Is it from the date they received your application?

Hope we see more approvals this week. I haven't had any updates since bio on October 17.

Personally, I count from the time they received my application shown on the NOA.

Hang in there! I haven't been touch either since my biometrics. But I think it's normal, the next touch you'll get is to tell you you've been approved ;) Hope it will be soon!!!

hey lucie & damon,

I hope we do get it soon, they received my application on september 19 and I haven't gotten EAD still and from that date it's 80 days. I hope I get it soon, I hate the fact that I can't work. By the way, I saw you guys are in denver, how do you like it there, we are thinking of moving there. So I thought I ask your opinion seeing you are from denver. Thanks guys and good luck, hope this week will be more approvals.

Hello Time1300,

It was same for me too, no touches since my biometric and next day after biometrics, mine was october 15th and the next touch i got was to notify me of approval on EAD and AP on the dec 03, i know how disappointing it is to wait, when everyone screams i was touched, or i got the magic mail....

I was there before and know how it feels, but be patient a little more time and trust me it ll be there, in fact monday looks good, you might get it before the end of the week, after this week if it doesnt come then you might as well call USCIS...

Hope this helps a little bit.

Hi,

I've just been on the phone with USCIS and I asked what date to calculate it by and they said it's definitely by the received date, which meant for me that my 90 days was up yesterday! So I asked for a service request and she did it!!!! She said I should get a response by Dec 13, so hopefully now something will be done for sure.

Fingers crossed everyone, I think they must be planning to give us all Christmas mail! :star:

Congrats on all the approvals. I am sure the rest of us will be on the way soon.

Has anyone in here changed their address during this process? Did you get touchs on the website afterwards? I filled out the AR-11 online and called USCIS on friday and changed the mailing address on all three petions and today, no touches, nothing has changed.....I will be sending the R-11 form to DHS and the I-865 today.....do I have anything to worry about?

Yes, I got two really long numbers for my two cases (work and travel) that they can use to track that request.

On my NOA I have two dates on the top left corner, one says Received Date: September 07, 2008 and the other underneath says Notice Date: September 10, 2008. The woman said to go by the Received Date. Also, I've found it's just luck if someone will help you or not when you call up, so if you don't get the answer you want, keep calling!

Good luck to you.
