Hello,

I need to get my wife's vaccination records put into the I693. I know I ened to contact a civil surgeon to do this, but I was wondering how I should tell them what needs to be done with out being confusing. Do most civil surgeons know about this process? Any one int he Detroit, MI area have a civil surgeon they can recommend? Like I said all I need is to have there vaccination records put on the I-693 for AOS to avoid any RFE's. ANy advise would be much appreciated.

Civil Surgeons are suppose to be familiar with the USCIS process... However not all are...

Google here on VJ for Dr L E Arnold. Her office has done countless transcribes for $20 via the mail. Call her office and inquire

Most Civil Surgeons you'll call will want to perform the medical exam again and charge you accordingly for it. They either don't know the rules (that your original exam is good for 1 year) or are just greedy crooks. My guess is the latter.

Dr Arnold's office has a very fast turn-around time from what is reported. I think they can get your docs back to you in under a week.
