I've just called the NVC's automated recorded message system an hour ago & it tells me that our CASE was COMPLETED on August 28. (Thank you, Lord..) :dance:

Yes, you can fill out the forms now and have them ready to send to NVC. So that anytime that you receive the NVC packets or letter and instructed you that you can now download the forms and fill it out & mail it to them... But since you've already prepared and filled out the forms ahead of time, you can send it right away to the NVC given address. You know that its always better to prepare and gather all the documents that you might needed ahead of time so, you don't have to rush yourself. ;):)

I just finished getting all the forms ready for China. I sent them today to my wife so she could do the portions in Chinese. Make sure you check the additional documents listed on the state departments website for Guangzhou. There is a suplimental form specifically for Guangzhou that speeds up processing that needs to be sent to NVC with the DS-230.
