We are still waiting. It's been almost 9 months. Just for the sake of gathering info, can the ones that had the files processed at Vermont and already received their permanent Green Card or notification that it was order, enter their name here?

Thanks!

According to the endless list you referred me to, nobody that filled in 2008 was notified about being approved. For some reason, I tend to believe the list is not accurate. But thanks for answering!

It is my understanding that Vermont is processing applications filed in September 2007. As far as I am aware no-one that filed at Vermont in 2008 has been approved as yet.

Well

Most people visit this site when they are down on their luck and need some support and info, and some people do not come back to the site once they get approved, so their status never gets updated, Douchbags.

The list is actually very accurate. I was approved last week and I filed in October of 07.

the reason that nobody who filed in 2008 was notified about being approved is probably because they haven't been approved yet. we also filed in Oct '07 and are still waiting on 751 approval.

welcome to the waiting game.

I understood one thing is that Vermont officers are more efficient than other service center employees. They know what they have to do. Its actually they are under a lot of backlog but will work out to approve all application once they came to their table. No need to worry. Please understand the situations that they got a lot of files from Texas Service Center. Vermont office is famous for their education and accuracy.
