This has nothing to do with Hillary, Berg was a HC supporter, but he filed it on his own.

Also, did you miss the part where this guy filed his suit before Obama named a VP....?

I'd be convinced if he did it while Barack first mentioned his run for President, rather than after Hillary lost to Barack.

Unfortunately there's too many Hillary-or-Republican voters (most likely because of Bill, not Hillary), who are conservative and would partake to things like in your signature challenging a person because of their name.

If there are issues with it, let it be taken up in court. Otherwise it's a political game, much akin to typical Republican-style attempts to disenfranchise people because they wouldn't get what they want.

Do I need to cite the pro-Republican slant of the two sites you've mentioned/favored?

I don't think in a court of law they will disregard evidence because it was posted on a Hillary supporter cite if it can be verified.

While you're right, and I made it a bit overblown on the Republican side (I'll take the blame for that one), one of the people I argued with is exactly the kind of Republican supporter I mention. Disgruntled Hillary voters like conspiracy nut, either Hillary or Republican.

Enact some sort of common sense law. Like not being able to sue if you spill hot coffee. Or sue because you did not realize that cruise control does not mean that the car drives itself.

On a more serious note, it isn't the court system, per-se, it's the laws. Unfortunately similar what-would-look-like "frivolous" suits can end up being quite eye-opening.

This instance, like plenty of others, on the other hand, are complete bullshit.
