Same here We are Feb filer still waiting for approval & it seems the waiting is forever, Its a torture & agonizing situation. What is this 1-129F(k-3) for that we applied? isn't it to fastrack the case, to let the spouse come to USA to reunite our husbands quicker? but it seems its useless, its of no effect at all, the waiting is tooooo long for us.

Am so frustrated. I feel lost. I dont even know if I am doing things right. I submitted I-130 end of March, got the NOA 1 for that, and then the I-129F 1st of April, and got NOA 1 for that, at the Vermont Service Center. It still says "received and pending". Doesnt say touched, or anything like that.

I didnt realize that it was going to be a long wait too, once I get the NOA 2 for the I-129F until the biometrics is completed and an interview can be schduled.

So am I on track, having submitted I-130 and then the I-129F, having gotten the NOA 1 for both? I see others at Vermont Service Center get theirs processed so fast. I see people here who say theirs has been "touched". But here I sit, with no change in the status since April 4th when they sent me the NOA 1. I just want her here so bad... :( I cant afford an immigration attourney. Am working 16 hours a day shifts just to afford everything as it is. I was expecting to hear something in October. But when I see that others have had action already, I get afraid, thinking there is a problem with ours. Anyone have anything to contribute to this?

Thanks so much. I feel very alone with this. I need someone else here to be able to share and talk with about it. Thanks.
