haha I took one of my brother's once - a whole b ar...and I slept for almost 20 hours...no lie!! HAHA talk about relaxed.

By the way my "ring" issue was resolved

Good good, I am actually thinking of going off the ring. At first it was great, but the more I wore it, my body seemed to not like it. I dont think it enjoys something foreign in my body. Which sucks, it was so great not having to remember taking a pill.

Well I am off to enjoy my evening

I took Xanax for a while a few years back. Lowered my IQ about 50 points. Didn't like it at all.

Xanax works wonders especially when you have panic attacks; I usually have some around in case I need them. Be careful though because it is highly addictive. Also doesn't mix well with alcohol at all, so don't drink and xanax.

ativan is better..and less side effects..klonapin is more powerful but dulls your senses a little too much..fyi

OK so a did my week's trial on Xanax. The first few days it literally knocked me out. And though I havent had an attack this week at all (amen), the past few days the symptoms like 24 hour nausea, chest pain, and insomnia, etc came back. Perhaps I need something stronger? Or maybe something more for stress than panic attacks? Anyway, i will going back to the doc to discuss this with him.
