K1 Visa Petition. NEED ADVICE. PLEASE HELP

I have two questions I am trying to get an answer to.

1. As part of the K1 visa petition, I understand I need to file two G325A Bio forms. One for me (the US Citizen petitioner) and one that my foreign fiancée needs to fill out and sign. My question is as follows. My citizenship is scheduled for September 2, and I plan to file my K1 petition as soon as I get my naturalization certificate. So, I would like my fiancée to fill out and sign the G325A form NOW and mail it to me, so I have the form ready to go to include in the petition.

Since my fiancée has to sign and DATE. What date should she put ? Does it matter if it is dated before my citizenship interview.

2. SAME QUESTION ON DATE for the Fiancee Letter of Intent (to Marry), which will be part of the application. What date should be put there ? Does it matter if it is dated before my citizenship interview date ?

My thought is it should not matter if she puts a date when she actually signs it, which would be before September 2. Or should she post date (say Sep 3) for both the G-325A and the Letter of Intent (to Marry within 90 days of arriving). Better yet, can she leave the date blank and I can hand fill before I file ?

Any Suggestions/Help will be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP. Thank You.

For your question,well i think it doesnt matter about the date because mine, when i sent it to my fiance it was dated a month before we filed the same with the letter of intent

You can have her sign and date the day she receives it and mail it back to you. It really doesn't matter what date is on there but you can go to the USCIS website to check or read the guides here on VJ but again it would not affect it. Good luck.

I don't see that as an issue, since I am trying to get a head start and we have been engaged and are just waiting for me to become a US citizen before we can apply. So, trying to get my application packet ready before I become a US citizen so we can mail it out ASAP. Do folks agree with my thought process here ?

Anyone else, who can comment please. Any other responses would be much appreciated.

I filled out all the documents: forms, letter of intent and etc. using the dates I was planning to post it to my fiance (american citizen).

He also filled his with different dates than mine... so dont worry about it.

There is just one comment that I think is necessary: once only US Citizens may apply for the K1, in my opinion you should fill all the documents using a date after you had the citizenship.

Thanks AguirresLady. Good point. I certainly do plan to sign documents at my end after I become a US citizen. But, since I plan to have everything ready to go before my citizenship interview, I need to ensure I do do that for all my documents. Thanks again. Appreciate it.

I don't think it makes any difference. For our visa I brought the G-325 to my fiancee (two, in case I made a mistake) and then filled it out myself after I got back with the information she gave me. I was only there a few days and didn't want to waste time with government forms. She signed it, I took it home, filled out the information she gave me, dated it when I mailed it. No problems. She also signed a letter of intent on that same trip and dated it the day she signed it, so the letter was dated about two weeks before the G-325.
