OK MENA peeps. If anyone ever thinks it sounds kind of funny to trick the vegetarian at your work place into eating beef (especially) or some kind of meat, try finding out WHY they don't eat it in the first place. Right now I am covered in hives, have NO benedryl, and just had to force myself to vomit up the entire co ntents of my stomach because I figured out I ate beef because someone thought they could "teach me to like it." Guess what? I like beef. i like chicken. i like all kinds of things. #1: I am allergic, highly allergic, to Ceftiofur, an antibiotic used in cattle. That is why at the moment, I have hives EVERYWHERE including places you can only imagine, also on the bottoms of my feet, my fingers, and EVERYWHERE. really. #2: my gall bladder works OK.... but not that well. so i manage things through diet, That means I kind of monitor the ammount of cheese, oils, and any lipids I have ingested and keep a constant idea. I don't like having my monitoring thrown off. OMG I have to go now, I am itching like crazy and I need a SHOWER again, the 5th shower in 2 hours. it's like my hives are becoming one freaking big hive.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

Sheesh! that really sux - I'm so sorry someone did that to you. I hope it gets better quickly.

That is freaking crazy and disrespectful Julianna! I am so sorry that you are miserable like that. I hope to God that taught them a lesson, fools! I pray the itching goes away and you feel better.

Julianna - good luck to you - I hope the hives go soon. I'm so sorry that this happened. What a freaking ####### to do that to you! :ranting: I had a vegan friend in college who ate vegetables that were cooked in beef broth (without her knowledge). Her body had a toxic reaction to the veggies as it had been more than 10 years since she ate anything with a vegetable byproduct. :girlwerewolf2xn:

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I think we need to hold an all nighter search party for JP. Doesn't *anyone* have her number??? I'm getting worried.

I am guessing she is having a baby :dance:

JP is due in about 3 weeks, so it's entirely possible...I know that her little girl was breech and that JP was scheduled for a c-section on the 23rd in case the baby didn't turn on her own...

By the way, we have some good news: no baby yet, but I got an e-mail from the USCIS today saying that they had approved my husband's Removing of Conditions! :dance::dance:

This could be a big week for us, insh'allah!
