They received our case the last week of January, and our NOA1 was dated the second week of February. It was at Vermont, and the one and only 'touch' stood all spring and summer at 2/24/08.

I returned home yesterday from a camping trip with the boys in the Adirondacks absolutely pickled, and my veil of blurry stupor was lifted by an email informing me that we'd been transferred to California. This Monday morning, it was touched again- not getting my hopes too high for these incompetent clowns, but it can't be a bad thing...

You must have been in the same box as me and waitingforever - I hated looking at that date every day 2/24.... :angry:

2007-11-23 : I-130 Sent

2007-11-28 : I-130 Received

2008-01-28 : NOA1

2008-08-13 : Filed Transferred from VSC to CSC

2008-08-14, 21, 22, 25 and 9/4 : Touched

2008-09-04 : I-130 NOA2 (Approved) Your I-130 was approved in 286 days from your filing date.

2008-09-05: Touched again

2008-09-09: I-130 NOA2 (hardcopy received)

NVC

2008-09-09 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned

2008-09-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2008-09-17: DS-3032 sent (by USPS and email)

2008-09-20: IIN received in Mail

2008-09-20 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2008-09-24 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed & AOS package sent to NVC

2008-09-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2008-09-24 : IV bill paid and accepted on the 25th

2008-09-26 : AOS package received by NVC

2008-10-01 : Called today and was told that the AOS entered into NVC system and processed without errors

2008-10-20 : DS-230 sent to NVC

2008-10-23 : DS-230 entered into NVC system

2008-10-27 : RFE sent had issues with the marriage certificate and PCC

2008-11-25 : case complete at NVC

Embassy:

2008-01-27 : Interview at Embassy - Approved :)

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

09-17-2008- Printed Coversheet for AOS paperwork

09-17-2008- IV Bill Invoiced

12-16-2008- Sent I-864 EZ to NVC

Thanks a bunch NicholeX08 I already feel better and I am not at NVC yet. I did not have a touch the whole time I was at VSC. I also had the blacK hole date of 2/24.

Got another touch today. It must have been pretty late as I checked around 5 Eastern and it wasn't updated. But lo tonight it is!

I also got tranfer on 8/25/08, Pattu Rani, Desi Tx, Phillip2 etc. please keep in touch I think we all will get approval within 3 weeks, then we can help each other with NVC process it should be easy if we have all the paper ready.
