Has our "club" become so exciting and popular that other threads are competing for defectors coming our way??? :P

Gosh, I hate to say EXCITING since no one in this thread has a NOA2 yet :devil: , but definately more lively than our Sept thread.

If you guys would hurry up and get some NOA2's, maybe you would wake up some Sept people for us.

9/3/08: Submitted I-129

9/5/08: CSC received

9/8/08: NOA1 date

11/12/08: Requested expedite (promised response by 11/17/08)

11/19/08: Received status info by calling USCIS - Additional info sent

12/4/08: Call from CSC & "Touch"

12/4/08 to 12/22/08: Too many calls & faxes to mention, NO RESPONSE!

12/22/08: NOA2 Approval!

12/30/08: NVC forwarded petition to Embassy in Tokyo

12/31/08: Letter from NVC stating they forwarded petition

1/4/09: Received Letter from NVC

1/7/09: Packet Issued from Tokyo Embassy

4/18/09: Tokyo still unable to grant interview, moved to Philippines.

6/22/09: Our daughter was born (more embassy paperwork)

6/30/09: Reqeusted transfer of case to Manila

8/26/09: Visited embassy in Manila AGAIN, personally requested transfer of case (no record in their system)

11/4/09: Case Transferred from Tokyo to Manila - no notice sent

12/5/09: Notification that Manila received the case.

12/30/09: Interview packet received from Manila

1/25/10: Medical check in Manila (took 4 days)

2/1/10: Interview - requested additional docs,

2/2/10: Additional docs submitted, Embassy kept passports - expect visa soon.

4/5/10: Received Visa FINALLY!

4/12/10: Entry to USA

Well hello everyone!!! I'm back! had to go for a while to take care of personal stuff, you know I had to get a part time to cover for all the expenses its too much!, I cannot wait to have my SO here to help me with the bills!!! nooo not only that of course, but you know with a kid it is very hard.

Imagine this a#$hles took points out of my credit score because I forgot to send a payment and I was only one freaking day late!! ridiculous!, this waiting has my head spinning, I hope I don't miss another payment, I cannot wait for all this to be over!. I am not the same!. :blush:

I hope you are right Mailciant, and we hear an August filer been approved soon, but I mean a VSC one! :hehe: I sent the petition Aug 2nd so I should be among the first ones with God's help.

Good luck to all the ones that are studying, I recommend you not to procastinate! that's terrible!

Happy Dancer I read about the wreck, I 'm sorry, hope he is okay, that's one of my fears, imagine something bad happening to our SOs or us! OMG after all we've been thru! noooo way, pray God to keep us safe!

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

N400:
4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

Not that I am volunteering for the job, but just curious; since all the august filers are so kind as to invite others to their thread, do the "outsiders" get to be king or queen too? Or do we remain as peasants from another kingdom? haha

April 18, 2009-Wedding!!!

May 26, 2009-Filed for AOS w/ EAD & AP

June 2, 2009-NOA

June 26, 2009-Transferred to CSC

July 10, 2009-Biometrics taken

July 15, 2009-AP Received (approved July 9)

July 20, 2009-EAD Card received (approved July 8)

Aug. 10, 2009-Green Card Received!

lol i have my calendar marked for the noa2.. i cant imagine how its going to feel when he gets the finale approval

WOW! when is that? You actually know when you are getting a NOA2? WOW I want to get a skill like that too

lol ok well not exactly but round about in a way wishfullthinking type of date... :P

keep in mind the last time i had to guess at somthing was when somone told me to figure out what causes me to get pregnant and stop and i had 5 more after that ( haha you know ppl say dont you know what causes that .. hehe)

really i think it will be around the 4 month mark tho after talking to a couple people

Hahaha its funny cause I have my calendar at work marked too, but that´s a too optimistic date! :unsure:

So I´ll just wait for the based on your timeline blah blah blah....

5 boys 1 girl but thank goodness my youngest son got potty trained the otherday. the oldest is 17 the youngest is 3 i got married when i was 15 (wooohoo go kentucky go ) its funny tho my youngest son is 1/2 pakistani and even tho hes never been there and probably never will he claims that before kentucky haha when we went to kuwait they asked him where hes from he said im from pakistan but i was born in kentucky.

can you picture that hes the size of a 2 yyear old well he wears 18 month in pants so hes running around kuwait wtiih a backpack telling everyone hes from pakistan

hes just too independant tho. omg he brought a cat in it was living under the house he said and no mom cat around its like maybe 4 weeks old and now he thinks he has to be its mom so he takes the kitten milk in a saucer and sits it on his stomach to feed the kitten.. really i dont know where he gets this stuff but i need to start taking videos...

Yes you should be taking videos, and when they are older and you show it to them, they will say, "No, really that was me? That's not me..." Kids grow up fast (of course you know that with 6 of your own!) but the youngest will always be the baby...
