Does anyone know if I should be making copies of some of the birthday, christmas, valentine's day cards I got from my honey? We were going to include them just for something else to prove our lasting relationship. We won't get them back right? Thanks for any input!

That type of thing is totally secondary. You should take them to the interview. At the I-129F petition stage, they just want to see proof that you have met at least once in the past two years. Boarding passes, itineraries, stamps in each others passports, hotel receipts, car rental agreements, copies of credit card statements showing you have been to one another's country, etc. etc.

Nick and I did add 2 cards in our initial petition, I photocopied them and kept the originals. I also put in about 6 pictures and 2 emails.

We sent in almost everything we had, copies of all sorts of greeting cards, emails, etc. My thinking was, the more proof the better!

Send in copies, cause you will never get anything you send in back.

Yep Ditto, we sent photo copies of greetings cards, valentines cards, pretty much everything we have!, dont send the originals though they wont be returned
