NOA problem here! please help!!!

HI vjs!

Tere's a little bit strange in my case.On July12 i filed i485,i131,i765. On July 21 i only got NOAs for i485 and i131 , no notice of action for i765.

And yesterday July 24,i received biometrics letter only for Aos.

Anyone can tell me what's going on? thank you in advance!

I wouldn't be so concerned. If you got a Biometric's appointment then it's good. But if you are really concern then go ahead and call their 1800 number and see what they tell you.

Thank you for your reply.My husband called three times today,they all said we gotta wait 30 days for the normal process to get NOA

Well, that is true that you cannot or they would not do anything until 30 days have passed. Also, they wouldn't issue a biometric letter without having your I-485 checked and put in the system. It would not go in the system without a I-130, so I think I would wait a little bit longer before doing anything.

sorry ,corect me if i am wrong.Do you mean a biometric letter should include the 3 applications on it? cause biometric letter only have my I-485 case # on it

hi lyly! We have the same situation with regards to your biometrics appointment. I also got an appointment and did my biometrics for my I-485 alone. I'm still waiting for my biometrics for my work authorization application. i'll keep you updated with what's gonna happen to me.

Unless she married outside of the 90 days - there is no I-130 in this case. Regardless I fail to see how this answers the question she asked.

lyly - I would think the most annoying part of not receiving your EAD NOA would be not being able to combine your biometrics into one visit.

Thank you for the reply.We are still waiting for the EAD NOTICE,haven't come yet.We all think they though we only apply AOS and Travel Document.The only thing i hope they can tell us something about my EAD notice when i have my fingerprint done in Aug,6.

We married in the state.You are right about the EAD NOA is really the main thing annoys us now.We just have to wait and see what happen in the biometric appointment.

From reading USCIS has been consolidating biometrics, so the I-485 bio may take care of I-765.
