I searched the timelines and nobody has NOA1 yet for either center. Any thoughts? Do they have shutdowns periodically for some reason? Maybe people who have been here for a while know....

We didnt recieve NOA1 also and our check not yet encash too. We sent the petition last june 27 and they recieved it on JUNE 30. I am VSC filer. Me and my fiance worried too and there are some have no notification also.. Your not a lone.

AOS

06-15-09..... Sent AOS Package

06-25-09..... Recieved NOA AOS EAD AP

06-29-09..... Recieved Biometrics appointment for July 21

07-10-09..... Case transfered to California

08-05-09..... AOS Card production ordered

08-06-09..... AP approval sent

08-06-09..... EAD Card production ordered

08-11-09..... Got my GREENCARD

08-13-09..... Got my EAD card and AP

There's quite a few in this boat..I don't know what they are up to...but it's worrying.

I don't know what their deal is. My fiance and I got our NOA 1 June 17th, but if they are shut down at the moment for some reason, then it affects all of us.

Overall, I wouldn't worry yet. Maybe they've just had a lot of team meetings lately or were told to focus on something besides incoming apps for some reason or another. Or maybe the people who process the incoming ones all randomly got sick at the same time - who knows?

We all know from other people's experiences that this process is long, tedious, and very unexpected things happen all the time... we just need to be patient.

Hopefully you'll all get your NOA1's soon!

hmmm i just got back from vacation and from what i can see there has not been very many noa2 either.....they probably working on the work visas or something sometimes it seems to go like that......fast noa1 or noa2 then they slow down........when we filed last year in aug it took until sept to got our noa1.............
