MsZ I can not understand why they havent done anything yet with yours or anyone from Oct or even before. Its a really good question on why that time period is being avoided. The only thing I have been able to come up with is they are playing with their time averages to make the average stay within the 9-10 months they have posted.

I'm still waiting too, I get the same answers whether I call uscis or the vcs, they give the handy website and the oddly enough they give the number you just called to get to them in the first place, ODD

so here is my timeline, and let me start by saying this is my second time through this waiting ordeal, three years ago we filed for I 129F it was approved, but expired so here we are again, three years later , five years into the relationship and still nothing, we filed our I 130 and it was accepted, no touches, nothing

I 130 Sent September 29, 2007

received October 4, 2007

accepted January 8, 2008

put in system February 24, 2008

since then I haven't heard a thing, I have called VCS and one lady said they are about to move my case to another building, that was a few weeks ago, since then I have heard nothing. I asked for an expedite, being my income is low, and I am raising three children and it was denied

I don't understand this whole process

I don't understand why they are still accepting J1 visas in this country while we are in a recession, it makes no damn sense at all,

anywho thats all I have to add for now

take care and good luck,

I am the new Delicia, waiting for ever without approval, LOL

Kathleen

Hi - another Oct filer still waiting - we also filed at the beginning of Oct last year - have an NOA1 date of Jan 10th and were put in the online system Feb 24th.

We just had our first wedding anniversary yesterday - luckily I was able to spend it with my husband as he flew over to be with me but now he is on his way home and we are starting our second year of marriage still apart!!!

I hate this.

Hi

Have October filers CR1 been approved?

After waiting so long and hearing nothing, what should I do? Is Vermont working?

I am 4 months pregnant and things are staring to get really hard.

If there are October filers still out there please let me know that I am not alone...

Good Night

You have got to be very close because I am September 28,2007 and we just received NOA2 e-mail on July17,2007.Good luck and I pray your NOA2 is soon.

Richard
