Good day to you OOM, you don't have to WAIT FOR THE LETTER FROM NVC. Since you know already what are the RFE's of your DS-230 just simply print another one with the original signature of the principal beneficiary and fill up those numbers has been asked for and sends the new corrected DS-230 to NVC.

I will only share our real experiences RE: dealing w/ RFE's from NVC: My CR1 got case completed June 19, and at the same day CR2 (my child) has an RFE's, but in AVR it says YOUR CASE IS COMPLETE ON JUNE 19, 2008, per NVC they made a mistake :( . They cannot assigned an interview date for us nor forward our case to USEM-MNL Philippines Consulate w/o the other half-CR2. The moment we knew & found out our RFE's what I did, being the principal beneficiary I printed out a new DS-230 forms Part I (signed by me) Part II (unsigned) and likewise I did printed a new bar-coded coversheet since we are using online payment. I actually prepared a new COMPLETE set of DS-230 forms Part I & II, just to make sure and safe. I sent the corrected forms to my husband on June 24, 2008 via DHL, husband received it on the 26th then sent to NVC the same day via UPS (overnight mail) on the 27th NVC received our NEW DS-230 on the 3rd of July finally got CASE COMPLETED. Waiting the notification/letter from the NVC I must say it will just delay more your case. Also, Emailing them is not advisable. Goodluck.

I had the same problem! Three days after submitting DS-230 packet, the AVR message changed and said that we had missing or incomplete information. I just got the letter today and it says we haven't paid our IV fee, which we did on the 10th! The NVC's mail and AVR is about two weeks behind the current situation. It's obvious only now that this message had nothing to do with our DS-230 packet, which they probably haven't even looked at yet. These AVR confusions are what cause the operator line to be so backed-up! Shouldn't it be the other way around? A good AVR system would alleviate operator calls! Instead, everyone has to call the operator to see what the h*ll the AVR messages mean!
