what is taking CSC so long

first of all, thanks to everyone in VJ for all the awesome info. i been browsing here since feburary 2008. I got NOA1 on feb28 and im still waiting for my NOA2. its been 4 month i was wondering if i should call or send a letter to CSC. any late feb filler still waiting?

standard processing time is 6 mos. not much you can do until you exceed the posted
