I had email my DS-3032 to NVC on June 18, and as of June 30, I have not received the email response from NVC. So I called NVC and asked about it and I told them I wanted to speak to supervisor about this situation and he told me that they have received a high number of approved cased from CSC during may and june, so there is backlog on processing the case for an additional extra 8-10 days and told me call back next week for my case status

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. I sent in a hardcopy via certified mail that was received at NVC on June 12th. The automated messaging said as late as July 1st that the NVC was still waiting for it. I had my wife send in an email version yesterday thinking that there had been a problem with the hardcopy.

I mean, how hard can that be to enter?!?!? It is one page??!?*!&$ (and not a full page at that!)

Here my status of DS 3032 as of today :

As I said before I had send the DS-3032 by email on 6-18, as of today no response from NVC, and second email on 6-23, as of today no response from NVC, and third email on 6-25, as of today no response from NVC and a Hard copy received by NVC on 7-2.

Now I am thinking that NVC is actually behind on processing the DS 3032 due to high volume of application. As I have not received any response to my three emails as of 7-2.

thanks

im also waiting for my DS3032 . i emailed my ds3032 last 23 jun 08 and as far as right now i havent got reply yet.

Do not count on email for faster response. as I mailed DS 3032 on 7-1 by overnight mail to NVC and received by NVC on 7-2 and DS 3032 was approved on 7-3 according to automated system. and as of today there is no response by email which i send to nvc. So mailing Ds 3032 is faster than email. As approval time 1 day.

thanks

I also received our IV bill today. Got an email response to the email that I sent inquiring about the hard copy that the NVC received on June 12th. The moment I got the email response from NVC, I went on-line (CEAC) and there was my bill waiting for me. No response yet to the email that my wife sent on July 1st. But who cares at this point!

That's true Arlington, without assigning the agent, NVC cannot invoice for IV fee. So, you're all set to mail (express mail) DS-230 package now. Good luck (F)
