Online payment of AOS

I've looked and looked and have seen people refer to paying for their AOS online, but have yet to see how to do it, where to go, etc. If anyone could please provide some insight on this I would be extremely grateful.

Hi...ok this is MY understanding.....you have to call the NVC and receive an "invoice" number for the corresponding cases, once you have the invoice, in theory you can pay it online.. after much deliberation, i just sent 2 money orders for $70 each..

The link above is to pay Affidavit of Support and Immigrant Visa fees for consular processing cases, not for Adjustment of Status. Your AOS application will be rejected it is not accompanies by a check for $1,010.

Yes, it's confusing that we use AOS to mean Affidavit of Support in immigrant visa cases (That's where you pay online.) and to mean Adjustment of Status in all other contexts. You must include the payment with the filing for Adjustment of Status.
