Texas isn't handling the I-129F. Texas is sending all these to California, the slowest of the service centers (takes about 3 months). Why not Vermont, the fastest of the centers (about 2 weeks)? Nobody knows.

The TSC does not, and has not for some time, processed I-129Fs, not to be confused with I-129s.

You must still send your petition to the TSC if you are in their jurisdiction, and they will then forward it on to the CSC.

Them's the breaks pardner!!
