what papers do my fiance need to sign when i visit him in nigeria...it was stated on this site that i can have him sign some paperwork to take back with me once i get back to start the filing process for the K1 visa...can someone plz tell me what this is all about?...thanks

The Guides will help you a lot. You need to read them before you go so you can collect everything you need while you are there. ;)

He will need to sign all 4 pages of the G325

He will need to sign letter of intent

you will need a passport photo from him as well as copies of any proof of having met in the last two years (such as passport stamps, itinerary, boarding passes..etc)

I had my fiancé sign two copies of each thing, one for me to send in and one for my records. I have heard of some people's petitions getting lost, so I thought better to be safe than sorry.

So then he would be signing 8 G-125as and two letters of intent.
