I-130 sent in May

I just wanted to check with you guys that how long are they taking these days for just receipt notice. I sent I 130 on May 29th by USPS overnite serivce there website says signed by USCIS. Still have not received receipt notice. Anyone with same situation.

sorry but take a look at my timeline.. it seems to be the average. Have you tried calling and seeing if they've recieved it? Did you send it registerred mail?

Yes I sent USPS express and when I checked on us postal service website it says Delivered next day and signed by someone in chicago but still no confirmation. According to your timeline how dd you receive NOA1 in three days?

It took a week for me to receive the receipt notice and a couple days for them to send it out. Remember things might have went slower that week cuz of Memorial Day. I hope you get it soon!
